Jereb is an avid listener and self-proclaimed critic of all types of music, good or bad, with a special place in his heart for the celtic variety because of his cultural heritage. He dabbled in multiple instruments growing up including violin, trumpet, french horn(don't ask), and guitar until finally picking up a bass out of necessity for a player in his wife's old bands.

Since then, he has honed his craft sitting in with a couple local groups and since August '09, making sweet celtic music with Sons of Malarkey.

If he's not sipping Scotch, critiquing local cuisine, listening to live music, or outside enjoying the sunshine, you can bet Jereb is working out some Sons of Malarkey tunes.
